About This Class

300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Let's Be Direct About This The

200-hour training taught you how to stand in front of a room. This one asks a different question: what kind of teacher are you actually going to become? This isn't a repeat of what you already know, and it isn't a badge collection exercise. It's 40 days of going deeper into the things the 200-hour level only had time to introduce — your own practice, your own voice, your own understanding of why you teach what you teach. You'll leave the 200-hour training able to run a class. You'll leave this one with something harder to fake: a teaching style that's actually yours. We've trained thousands of teachers through our network, and we've built an audience of nearly 2 million people across social media who watch how we teach yoga, day in and day out. That's not a marketing line — it's the reason we know what separates a teacher who's good on day one from a teacher who's still good five years in.

Who This Is For

You've completed a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified training (yours or anyone else's). You're already teaching.

You've been teaching for a while and you can feel the ceiling. You know your sequencing, but you want more range.

You want to specialize — therapeutic work, deeper pranayama, prenatal or restorative populations, whatever your students actually need from you.

You're thinking about running your own studio or program one day and want the business and leadership grounding for it.

You're not here to collect another certificate. You're here because 200 hours wasn't enough to say what you wanted to say.

You need a valid 200-hour certificate to join. We'll ask for it before you book.

What We Actually Do

This is a 300-hour training structured across 40 days, built to Yoga Alliance's advancedlevel standard. Combined with a 200-hour foundation, it qualifies you for RYT-500 registration — the highest teacher status Yoga Alliance recognizes

But the certificate isn't the point. The point is that by day 40, you'll have taught dozens of times, been corrected dozens of times, and rebuilt your own practice from the ground up. You'll understand anatomy well enough to modify on the spot, not from memory. You'll have a real relationship with philosophy, not a set of quotes. You'll know what your own teaching voice actually sounds like

The Daily Shape

Early morning — Advanced pranayama and shatkarma. This is where your own practice gets rebuilt. Deeper regulation of breath, more precision, less room to fake it.

Morning — Advanced asana practice: deeper backbends, arm balances, inversions, and the biomechanics behind them. You're not just doing the pose. You're learning to see it in other bodies

Mid-morning — Therapeutic adjustments and applied anatomy. This is hands-on work at a level the 200-hour training doesn't touch — injury-aware modifications, working with real limitations, understanding when to intervene and when to leave a student alone.

Afternoon — Philosophy, subtle body anatomy, and specialization modules (these rotate — therapeutic yoga, prenatal/postnatal, restorative and yin, or advanced pranayama and meditation, depending on your track).

Evening — You teach, constantly. Full-length classes, workshops you design yourself, and a supervised student-teaching block where you lead real people through multi-week arcs, not one-off classes.

The Teachers

Aditya Ratudi Over a decade of teaching, with a particular depth in advanced asana, arm balances, and inversions. At the 300-hour level he leads the advanced sequencing and biomechanics work — this is where his gift for breaking movement down into teachable pieces really shows.

Dharmendra Tomar Hatha specialist, precise and unhurried. At this level he leads the applied anatomy and therapeutic modification modules, working closely with students on injury-aware adjustment — the kind of teaching that only comes from years of hands-on repetition.

Aditya Rana Pranayama and subtle body specialist. He leads the advanced breathwork and meditation modules here, taking students well past the introductory techniques from the 200-hour level into sustained, teachable practice.

Shiv Prakash Shiv Prakash is a skilled yoga instructor specializing in spinal alignment, mobility, and therapeutic yoga practices. With extensive experience combining chiropractic knowledge and yoga, he helps students improve posture, prevent injuries, and enhance overall body balance. His classes are focused on safe practice, body awareness, and long-term physical well-being.

All Four are 500-hour certified with years of consistent teaching behind them. At this level, they're not just correcting your form — they're helping you find your own teaching voice.

The Approach We Actually Take

We treat you like a colleague, not a student. By this level, you already know how to hold a room. We're not starting from zero. We're refining what you have and giving you the depth you didn't get time for at 200 hours.

We push on your blind spots. Everyone's teaching has a gap — a pose they avoid, a population they're unsure with, a habit they've never questioned. This training is built to surface those gaps and close them.

We care about your actual voice. There's a version of "advanced teacher" that just means more poses memorized. That's not what we're building. We want you leaving with a teaching style that's recognizably yours.

We're direct about ethics, especially at this level. The more experienced you are, the more power you hold in the room. We spend real time on what that means — referrals, boundaries, dual relationships, and the responsibility that comes with being someone's advanced or long-term teacher.

That's what 300 hours is actually for.
